1. Course Purchases

  • Once a course or program is purchased, access is granted immediately.

  • Because digital content cannot be “returned,” refunds are generally not provided after access is given.

However, we may issue refunds under special circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate payment.

  • Technical issues preventing course access (verified on our end).

  • Accidental multiple purchases of the same program.

2. Coaching & Consultation Sessions

  • You may reschedule a booked session up to 24 hours in advance by contacting us.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the session time will not be eligible for refund or rescheduling.

  • In case of unavoidable circumstances (e.g., illness or emergency), we may offer a one-time reschedule at our discretion.

3. Events, Webinars, or Workshops

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before an event may qualify for a full refund or credit towards future events.

  • No refund will be issued for “no-shows” or cancellations after the event begins.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Transaction or gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable.
